The LUXE PETS adoption agreement
This is the agreement you sign when you adopt from us, reproduced in full so you can read it before you start an application. Clauses marked Acknowledgement required need their own signature at the time of application.
This agreement does not waive your statutory rights. Most US states have a pet purchase protection statute (often called a "puppy lemon law") giving you remedies for an animal that arrives ill or with a congenital defect. Those rights apply on top of everything below. Nothing here reduces them.
Questions before you sign?
Our adoption team will walk through any clause with you, in writing, before you commit to anything. We would much rather answer a hard question now than place a pet in a home that was not ready for it.
